space-planner is a lightweight productivity tool that remembers the important stuff for you

this new app is designed for quick thoughts, plans, and reminders—the kind that show up unexpectedly and might need a quick jot-down in a notebook.

start by holding the record button. speak naturally. let go when you're done.

while recording, you can swipe right to break lines of text into a new line, or swipe down to pause if you need a moment. you can continue recording at any time by pressing down on the record button once more.
your voice entries becomes a clean, readable note—no formatting, setup, or decisions required.
if typing feels easier, drag the record button upwards to type.

notes that organize themselves

space-planner automatically categorizes notes based on the first word it detects in voice and text mode, which allows the app to label and file everything for you.
and if you don’t feel like speaking a filename, that’s fine - you can also double-tap anywhere on the recording screen to choose which file to save to.

if you want to plan ahead, just start a note by saying “calendar…” followed by whatever you need to schedule. the note goes directly into the built-in calendar view, where it stays connected to the rest of your other scheduled events.

built for real-world moments

in a meeting? or you just don’t feel like speaking the filename? double-tap anywhere on the main screen to choose which file your note goes to, then drag the record button up to type instead.

need to capture something quickly while on the go? hold, speak, release. done. true fire-and-forget reminders and scheduling management done right.

smart context that lasts

when recording a voice note, phrases like “tomorrow” or “yesterday” can lose meaning over time. space-planner automatically adds relative timestamps so your notes still make sense days or weeks later. this same annotation engine powers the calendar system.

when typing, any detected text that could benefit from a timestamp will offer an optional annotation—just tap “annotate” to add it.

privacy first, always

space-planner only records your voice while you’re actively holding the record button.
the moment you let go, recording stops and your note is saved, and the recording is deleted forever.

no background listening. no hidden recordings. ever.

tell space-planner what you need to remember—it will take care of the rest.
