space-planner is designed with privacy as a core principle. This policy explains what information the app uses, how it is handled, and the choices you have as a user.
space-planner allows you to create notes by recording your voice or typing text. Any content you create—such as voice recordings, transcribed text, typed notes, timestamps, or calendar entries—is considered user-provided content.
Voice recording only occurs while you actively press and hold the record button. Recording stops immediately when you release the button.
space-planner requests access to the microphone solely to allow you to record voice notes when you choose to do so.
The app does not record audio in the background

Audio is captured only during intentional user interaction
Microphone access is never used for tracking, monitoring, or advertising.
The information you create in space-planner is used only to provide the app’s core functionality, including:
Creating and displaying notes
Transcribing voice recordings into text (if enabled)

All notes and related data are stored locally on your device unless otherwise explicitly stated within the app.

If transcription or processing requires temporary external services, this is used only to perform the requested action and not for data retention or training purposes. No user content is stored beyond what is necessary to complete the task.

You decide when recording starts and stops
You can edit or delete notes at any time
You can disable microphone access through your device settings
Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.
